Film Night in the Park 2012

With summer approaching soon, this presents us with warmer days that are perfect for outdoor activities. Instead of just playing in the park this summer, why not watch a movie in the park?

Every summer, Film Night in the Park, has screened many movies in parks around the Bay Area. From parks in Marin County to San Francisco, the films are shown to the public for free. All screenings will have popcorn, sodas, and candy for purchase. The films range from classics like Alfred Hitchcock’s Spellbound to modern Oscar winning movies such as Michel Hazanavicius’ The Artist. They also include family friendly animated features such as Blue Sky Studio’s Rio and Pixar’s Ratatouille. Blankets and snacks are welcomed.
